冬季の灯油代も無料です。

但し、外出時の電気やエアコン及びテレビの点けっぱなしは厳禁です。

チューナーレステレビを設置しているため日本の放送は映りません。
YouTubeを視聴できます。

Japanese broadcasts cannot be seen because a tunerless TV is installed. You can watch YouTube.

鍵について　About the key

玄関ドアには鍵を設置しています。

A key is installed on the front door.

個人ボックスには鍵を設置しています。

A key is installed in the personal box.

外出について　About going out

外出は自由です。外出の時は、管理人へ伝えてください。

You are free to go out. Please notify the administrator when you go out.

注意事項について　Regarding precautions

テレビは適切な音量で使用してください。夜間や深夜に騒音を出さないよう注意してください。
